Naomi leads our design work through Ventana Design. Her process starts with one question: how do you want to live in this space? The answer shapes everything — how rooms connect, where light lands, how the home functions on a normal day. Structure follows that vision. Not the other way around.

RJ runs operations, client relationships, and the build process from first conversation to final walkthrough. Sam owns execution on site — he sets the standard and holds it. The quality in a finished RSB home starts with what Sam refused to walk past.

OUR APPROACH

Interior design leads every project.

Most builders start with a floor plan. You pick a layout, select finishes, and sign a contract. They call it custom.

We start differently. Before we talk structure, we talk life — how your spaces flow, where light moves, how the home supports daily life. Once the vision is clear, the structure gets engineered around it. The result is a home that feels intentional from the inside out.
